ORDERING.
Ordering is done on line should you have any queries please contact us phoning us Monday to Friday (apart from Bank & Public Holidays) between the hours of 10 am to 5pm or online at sales@heliumuk.co.uk |
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by:
Online Credit or Debit card
Telephone Credit Card or Debit Card
Cheque or Money Order
(Cheques take 3 working days to clear and orders cannot be sent out until clearance has been obtained.
DELIVERY.
We try to deliver your goods within 3 working days
Goods can only be delivered Monday to Friday excepting Bank Holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where the goods can be received. If you cannot be at your address to accept you delivery, get it delivered to your workplace. or a neighbour. Should you not be in when our agents attempt to deliver or collect a further charge of £32.00 will be made.
We (the above companies) cannot be responsible for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such action is caused by Strikes, Riots, War or any labour problems or our suppliers failing to deliver to us or to you on our behalf or any circumstances that we have no control over this includes incorrect or faulty items , should this happen you would have to take the matter up with the gas supplier
PRICING ERRORS
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you prior to dispatch and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling.
RETURNS
Should you not return the equipment by the time shown on the website a rental charge of £20.00 will occur. Should equipment be lost or damaged a charge of £250.00 per cylinder and £75.00 per valve will be made
Providing the above is adhered to a full refund less our delivery costs will be made within 20 days of receipt of goods
A 4 % restocking charge & a 6% credit card fees as charged to us will be applied to both cancelled and returned orders.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your order prior to us dispatching but following our processing of your credit card you will receive a refund less 6 % bank handling charge, should the order have been dispatched your refund will be less the 6% and the delivery/collection charges.
